Ken's work includes representing sponsors, originators, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, government-sponsored entities, rating agencies and investors in asset-backed securitizations and other structured finance transactions. Ken has also represented and advised companies across the financial services industry in state, federal and bankruptcy courts in connection with workouts, judgment enforcement and collections, foreclosures, defense of state and federal consumer protection claims and compliance matters. Ken uses his diverse background and experience to represent clients with a special focus on evaluating new transaction structures and risk analysis.
