(CHICAGO) Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP announced today that Leslie D. Minier, partner and chief diversity officer, was recognized as part of Savoy Magazine's 2015 Most Influential Black Lawyers list. The listing is comprised of the "best of the best" of Black lawyers who are partners within leading national law firms or corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 corporations.

Minier, a partner in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice, represents clients in a variety of industries in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. She assists both public and private companies in structuring, negotiating and documenting both mergers with, and acquisitions and dispositions of, public and private corporations. She also advises private equity funds making investments in, engaging in leveraged buyouts of and selling portfolio companies.
