The list was released in London on May 11.

Mr. Rubenstein’s New York-based practice encompasses a wide variety of private client matters on an international, national and local level, including personal and estate planning, the administration of estates and trusts, and contested Surrogate’s Court and tax proceedings for high net worth individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, artists and others with unique intellectual property interests. He is an Academician and member of the Executive Council of the International Academy of Estates and Trusts Law, a Fellow and Regent of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel, a Member of the U.K.-based Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and a Fellow of the New York Bar Foundation. Mr. Rubenstein is also a former chair of the Trusts & Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and of the International Committee of the Real Property and Probate Section of the American Bar Association. He has been named one of the "Best Lawyers in New York" by New York Magazine, one of the "Best Lawyers in America" by American Lawyer magazine, and one of the "Top 100 U.S. Attorneys" by both the Robb Report and Worth Magazine. Based in Chicago, Mr. Hartz concentrates his practice in estate planning and his clients consist primarily of successful family business owners who are high net-worth individuals. His work on their behalf includes the designing of family business succession plans, estate plans involving sophisticated trust techniques and charitable planning strategies which are integrated into the individual’s overall estate plan. Mr. Hartz has written numerous articles on tax and estate planning matters that have been published journals, including The Journal of Taxation and TAXES.

Mr. Katzenstein practices in Los Angeles and Palo Alto and focuses on estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning for high net worth individuals, income tax of trust planning, and probate and trust administration matters, including the resolution of disputes between fiduciaries and beneficiaries. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to forming and providing tax and administrative advice to charitable organizations. Mr. Katzenstein has taught both Income Tax and Estate Tax at UCLA Law School and Estate Planning and Advanced Estate Planning in the Graduate Tax Program at both the University of San Diego and at Golden Gate University. Mr. Katzenstein is a frequent lecturer on a variety of estate planning and tax related topics. He has participated on numerous occasions in the prestigious USC Tax Institute and the USC Probate and Trust Law Conference and has lectured extensively across North America, as well as in Europe. Mr. Katzenstein has published numerous articles in magazines such as TAXES and Estate Planning Magazine. He is the former chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Estate and Gift Tax Section and the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Law Section, and currently serves as a member "at large" of the California State Bar Taxation Section's Estate and Gift Tax Committee. Mr. Katzenstein has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Los Angeles Magazine since the inception of that designation and in 2006 was named one of the "Top 100 Super Lawyers in Southern California".
