Katten will host a WILD Chicago panel discussion on keeping up with the growing role of technology in the derivatives industry on Wednesday, June 6. Maureen Guilfoile, a partner in Katten's Financial Services Practice, will serve as a panelist. The panel also features Luna Petrova, senior software architect at Toji Trading; Joanne Wilson, configuration manager at Trading Technologies; Bethany McClintock, project manager at Spot Trading; and Linda Bracken, CEO of YJT and co-chair of the FIA Best Practices Committee. Diana Dumitru, software engineering director at Trading Technologies, will serve as moderator. Discussion topics will include choosing between a technical and a management career path, staying up to date with current technologies, and the regulatory impact on IT personnel.
