Jared represents clients through all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, motion practice, discovery and trial preparation.

Minimizing loss and risk with smart fraud reduction strategies

Jared has extensive experience working with insurers across the country to identify fraudulent claim trends and the parties driving them before the fraudulent claims are paid. Jared helps to keep his clients on top of new fraudulent trends, including billing for medically unnecessary services, upcoding, unbundling, violations of anti-kickback and patient brokering laws, violations of state licensure laws and the use of malware to steal policyholders' private information.

While in law school, Jared served as admissions editor of the Cornell Law Review and as a teaching assistant in the legal writing program. He also spent one semester as an extern for the City of Chicago's Department of Law, where he prosecuted violations in traffic court, and he received CALI Excellence Awards in both Employment Law and Conflict of Laws.
