Litigation and Dispute Resolution partner Joe Payne will participate in "Secrets and Lies—Uncovering Evidence in International Trusts and Commercial Litigation," a session during the Annual Global Litigation Conference 2015 on Monday, November 9. Topics will include ways of obtaining information at an early stage, considerations applicable to beneficiaries and shareholders, and obtaining evidence in one jurisdiction for use in another.
